I believe that we each have our own unique goals and the inner answers and resources to realize them. Sometimes finding clarity and moving forward on goals can be a challenge. This is where a coach can be a great support.

As your coach, I am committed to bringing an open mind and heart along with my training and life experience to help you grow and realize your dreams. You can count on me to be accepting and non-judgmental, for I know what it is to be human and have struggles. I will hold the highest vision for you so that you can imagine your best life, too.

In each session you will choose the issues to discuss and my role will be to listen deeply and reflect back to you your thoughts and feelings—so that you can gain your own clarity. I will ask questions that help you think more deeply about your issue and support you in choosing doable actions to take steps toward realizing your goal.

Accountability is a big slice of the coaching pie. I am here to hold you accountable for the actions you commit to so you can realize your goals. There may be times you don’t do what you said you’d do, and we’ll explore why so you can overcome whatever resistance is in your way.

And there will be lots of celebrations! Greater understanding of yourself, working through blocks, developing new behaviors, and fulfilling goals are all cause for celebration. So get ready to unleash your positive possibilities!
